about

Fisherrow is a Long Way Home Production.

It is also a small harbour town at the delta of the River Esk where it meets the Firth of Forth, near Edinburgh. I lived there for seven years. This isn’t in any way a biographical account of a life there, or a travelogue of the place but echoes I heard during the time when I had lockdown and quarantine time to listen out for them. A big thank you to:

Long Way Home Music

Lisa Koning for the artwork
Gary Penalver and Mel Smith for backing vocals
Peter Ridge for his violin
Scott Smith for his percussion
Phil Jones at Long Way Home Productions for bass, drums, keys, producing, mixing, tea and turning all my scraps of bobs and bits (in that order) into a record (double thanks due).
All the guitar, dobro, harmonica and mandolin mistakes are mine alone.
